Dual Control Systems can accept returns only on the following basis:

• DCA are advised in advance of Dual Controls to be returned, invoice number and reason
• The returned Dual Controls are received by DCA within 30 days of the original invoice date
• The controls have not been removed from the original packaging
• An administration charge of $90.00 + GST will be charged on all returned Dual Controls

In our mutual interest of keeping popular Dual Controls at a very competitive price there will be specific conditions for Dual Control systems that are made to order for uncommon/older cars:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required at time of order
• Should the order need to be cancelled prior to despatch then there will be no further charge made
• The remaining balance and carriage charge will be charged once the control is despatched
• Once the Dual Control has been despatched it will not be possible to return the system for any whole or partial credit
